For Your first visit
Before we begin treatment, we will need to know your health
history and obtain your treatment consent. Please download these forms from this website, complete them, and bring them with you.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can discuss your health situation and develop an effective treatment plan. When decided, we will go to the community treatment rooms and get you comfortable in an available recliner. Your first visit will take about 75 minutes. Return visits will last about an hour.

To make all your visits more successful and enjoyable:

• Wear comfortable clothing that provides easy access
  up to your elbows and knees.
• Eat a little something before coming.
  If you are hungry, treatment can tire you out.
• Please avoid wearing perfume or strong scents
  in consideration of those who may have chemical sensitivities.
• After treatment, drink plenty of water 
• Refrain from vigorous physical activity for the rest of the day.

Payment
Our fee range is $15 - $40, pay what you can. In addition, there is
a one-time $10 administrative fee for paperwork and registration.

Please bring cash or a check for payment.
We do not accept debit or credit cards.
After treatment, please place your payment in a lockbox envelope
near the front door. Write your name on the envelope and insert it into the box. If you request it, we will provide you with a receipt.
