For Your first visit
We will need to know your health history and obtain your
treatment consent. Please download the forms from this
website, complete them, and bring them with you.------>>>>>

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can discuss your health situation and develop an effective treatment plan. Your first visit will take about 75 minutes. Return visits will last about an hour.

To make all your visits more successful and enjoyable:

• Wear comfortable clothing that provide easy access
  up to your elbows and knees.
• Eat a little something before coming.
  
• Please avoid wearing perfume or strong scents
  in consideration of those who may have chemical sensitivities.
• After treatment, drink plenty of water

Payment
Our fee range is $15 - $40, pay what you can afford.
Proof of income is not required!

No Show/Cancellation Policy
A reserved appointment is valuable both to you and to others who might need treatment, too. Therefore, we charge $15 for "no shows" or appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, unless it's an emergency.

We accept payment by cash, check, credit or debit cards!
If you need a receipt for insurance purposes, please let us know.
